You will meet with our designer for an in-person or video consultation that covers your design needs, project scope, expected investment, and timeline. Next, we’ll develop a digital proposal that will serve as a starting point for your project design. After accepting your proposal and submitting a signed contract you will begin sharing your initial feedback with us.

Taking both your aesthetic preferences and functional needs into consideration, Moonswell Designs will use all the information we’ve discovered together and the plan we’ve outlined in our earlier phase to curate a space you can feel good about. Once we’ve received all of your approvals, purchasing and contractor coordination begins. While the length of this phase is determined by lead times, contractor schedules, and material availability, we will be sure to provide clear communication every step of the way to keep you in-the-know.

Our favorite part of the project is likely to be the same as yours: installation! This is the time when you get to see our carefully crafted plan come to life. Construction, purchasing, installation happen during this phase leading up to the highly anticipated big reveal! The best part is we will help coordinate it all and keep you in the loop every step of the way.
